After our trip to Singapore Flyer, we met up with Lynn, NBL and our "long lost" friend, Denise.. Went to Swensons at Plaza Singapura for dinner..

Had a very bad dining experience there!!Ok, first of all, we were kept standing at the entrance, waiting to be seated when there was no crowd and restaurant was barely 50% packed!!

Finally someone lead us to a table. And gave us 3 menus to be shared among 5 people.. No one bothered to serve us iced water @ all lor..

When we wanted to take order, we couldn't get the attention of their staff at all. One waiter even pretended not to see NBL while she was waving to him!

Lynn ordered a set meal that comes with a Spaghetti, soup and choice of drink (3 types to choose). The waiter asked her, what drink do you want for your set meal? And Lynn said: What do you have? He replied: Oh we are only left with 1 kind. ZZZZ!! Then why ask when there is already no choice???!!

Throughout the whole meal, no one bothered to refill our ice water!! Wat kind of service they are providing?!?!

Next, NBL and I decided to order ice cream.. NBL had Gold Rush while I Banana Split. Our horror came when the ice cream was served to us.. It was melting lor!! And quite badly in fact.. Wonder if they had left it for quite sometime before taking it to us..

Not happy with the way my ice cream was served, we decided to call for their manager. Again, we couldn't get his attention immediately. We waved for quite a while before this guy whose name is Keen Hoo came to us. He was the only staff around wearing a tie. We were again displeased of his reaction when he heard of our complain. He merely replied "Oh, I will check with my staff" and went off hastily..

When he finally came to us again, he took along our bill which none of us know why.. None of us had asked for the bill.. He looked as if he doesn't owe us any explanation for the earlier matter. He totally forgot about it lor! WTF!!!

In the end, he just waived off the service charge for us.. Wat lousy service! We swear never to step in that place again!!
