Went to JE family's place on weekend for our "home economics" lesson.. Hehe...

Well, we made 3 different things that day..

The pic below is our homemade chinese pancake (mee jian kway) with kaya fillings.. Though it might be a lot thinner than those sold outside, it tastes yummy.. Hehe.. Shall try to improve it next time..




Besides this pancake, we also made butter and walnut ice cream & coconut gelato too!! Though I din took pics of those 2 ice creams..

For the butter and walnut ice cream, think it tastes better when we pour some chocolate syrup over it..

As for our coconut gelato, Joe found it abit too sweet.. I find it ok though.. Think I got a sweet tooth.. Hehe.. However, for this, we really need more improvement. Cos it does not turn out as white as it should be.. Guess we have not beaten our egg yolk till it turns white.. So end up, our coconut gelato is creamy in color.. ;(

Never mind.. Will practice more next time.. Hehe..
